Taloru may collect the resume text, uploaded resume files, job descriptions, generated application drafts, email addresses, account credentials, support messages, payment status, and basic usage data needed to operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide resume tailoring, save application drafts, process credits, improve site reliability, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse. Resume and job description content is used to generate the materials requested by the user.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Taloru does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may process payment details according to its own privacy and security practices.

Analytics

Taloru may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand site performance and usage patterns. Analytics data helps identify broken flows, slow pages, and content that needs improvement.
